All our products—including traditional caramel stroopwafels, homemade jams, and Dutch-style advocaat—are hand-crafted in small batches in Thailand using quality ingredients. Due to small-batch preparation, product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities per order.

Product prices listed on the website are shown in Thai Baht (THB). Orders are finalized and confirmed via WhatsApp. Final total amounts—including applicable delivery or shipping fees—will be communicated and confirmed directly on WhatsApp prior to dispatch.

5. Nationwide Delivery & Shipping Policy

We deliver fresh food orders across Thailand using third-party express couriers. Items are packaged carefully to maintain freshness. Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the courier service provider. Please inspect your package upon receipt and notify us on WhatsApp immediately if there is any shipping damage.

6. Fresh Food Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our products are perishable food items made to order, orders cannot be canceled once preparation has commenced. In the unlikely event that your package is damaged during transit or incorrect, please send us photos via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
